At Gariva Ayurveda, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Product photo

  • Issue details

We will review the request and provide a replacement if applicable.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The product is out of stock after payment

  • A replacement cannot be provided

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
